For almost thirty years, an integral part of Professor Walkers work has been mentoring graduate students. Over 100 of these students have successfully defended their research under his supervision. These students are listed in his curriculum vitae. In the section below, Keith’s current students and their topics are listed. To give the reader a flavour of Keith’s recent graduate students and their topics (over the last five years), these persons are named on this page too. In addition to this work, Keith serves as a regular or cognate member of 10-20 students a year (a role of advising and examining student work, together with other committee members and the student’s adviser-supervisor). Each year 2-5 universities will invite Keith to serve as an external examiner for a doctoral student’s dissertation defense. This is work he enjoys and learns a great deal from.
